How do I view my order?

How do I change my order?
We will do our best to
accommodate any changes to your order as long as it’s within a 24 - hour
timeframe from the time of purchase. Please contact us with details regarding
your request at orders@bisounyc.com or
simply chat with customer service by clicking on the ‘chat’ bubble at the
bottom right of our website.

In order to avoid any
surprises and provide an affordable experience to all our clients, we charge a
flat rate shipping & handling fee for both U.S. and international clients.

bisouNYC accepts payments through a secure online server as our client’s privacy is top of mind for us. We have integrated one of the best payments solution providers to give a secured shopping experience.
Please contact us with the outfit and customizations you have in mind and we will try to facilitate your request. Please note, for color customizations there may be a variance in the final result of the color as this is a handmade process.
What is your return policy?
We are not accepting returns at this time however we will work with you to resolve any issues. All our apparel is made on order. For issues regarding color, please note, there may be a variance due to studio lighting or appearance on different devices used to view our website. As you can imagine, it would be difficult to accept a return on apparel made specifically for you to your measurements and customizations.
Do you offer exchanges?
We are not accepting exchanges at this time however we will work with you to resolve any issues with your order. All our apparel is made on order. As you can imagine, it would be difficult to accept an exchange on apparel made specifically for you to your measurements and customizations.
Do you accept cancellations?
All sales are final.
When will I receive my order?
Shipment times vary by
item. Refer to ‘Shipping’ on the individual product page to determine the
approximate time.
Do you offer rush delivery?
We can usually accommodate
rush orders at no additional cost. You can either chat with us on our website
or send us an email to confirm if we can accommodate your specific timeline.
You can also check out the 'Get It Quick' section, for items guaranteed to
be delivered in about 2 weeks or less.
